Position:                         Construction Manager Hiring

Description:                  

                                  - Study job specification to determine appropriate construction methods.
                                  - Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
                                  - Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.
                                   - Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulation. 

          *Occasionally need to visit construction sites within the same MSA in New York and New Jersey.

Qualification:                 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
